Its your representatives. Jackie at the Mason City IA location is extremely friendly and personable. I enjoy seeing her when i am stopping in to tan or use the Hydro massage. She knows I enjoy those things and will engage with me on a personal level to ask which service I would like.

I love planet fitness and EVERYTHING it has to offer there! Great selection of weight machines that are easy to use, and selection of cardio machines as well. I appreciate that I also have access to the red light, tanning, massage chairs, and hydro beds!
