I love how clean it is and how many machines they have. I absolutely love the extras like the hydrotherapy bed and red light therapy. I never wanted to go to a planet fitness before because they didn’t have any classes but I love that they don’t now because I can concentrate in weights and cardio on a treadmill.

Love Planet Fitness! I will add although the gym itself is well maintained the women's bathrooms are not. Since I joined in July I have noticed a decline in the upkeep of the bathroom.

The person at the front desk actually made eye contact and said hello. I walked in and it wasn't super crowded and when someone wanted to use a piece of equipment it was as if people suddenly remembered what manners were. It was a shock to me like I stepped in a time machine back 20 years to when people treated others with respect and kindness. Even when you had the typical lingering people sitting on equipment texting on their phones, people would kindly ask if they were almost done and people moved around fluidly. I wish this entire gym could come to our home town and teach our Planet Fitness and its "patrons" how to act. It would make for a much better experience there as well.

The staff working at PF Massapequa are very friendly and helpful. The only thing PF has to improve on is machine maintenance. Some of the units are missing parts as far as knobs and latches that let you change handles, adjust sitting positions and bars on the equipment. Sometimes the cleaning stations are full to the brim, but otherwise the place is pretty clean...
