I like the availability of numerous cardio machines. However, the staff seems disinterested in its members and complaints about unsteady equipment in express room go unanswered. Also cell phone usage is a common problem with people talking on”speaker”, holding up equipment while talking, and staff oblivious. Attention to cleaning is much a priority, with dust being created while its members are exercising around it. The restroom floor seems to be constantly wet from recent cleaning which makes for hazardous conditions. Couldn’t even tell you who the manager is and I’ve been going there for quite a while. The music is usually just awful noise, obviously catering to the younger members, who mostly wear headphones anyway.
