This Planet Fitness branch is by far the best location I have been to since my membership with PF. I’ve been to multiple locations including, Hilton Head, Savannah, Atlanta, and Statesboro. And, as I stated before, this location is my favorite to go to. Every single staff member greets me with a smile, makes me feel welcome, and uphold top quality customer service. The associate, Bree, is always super friendly every time I come in, provide quality customer service, and I always see her being diligent with her other duties in the gym (cleaning, refilling sanitizer, etc). All of the gentleman, offer the same top quality customer service as well! I have nothing bad to say about any of their staff here. The manager, Ms T, is top quality as well. She’s very friendly, but extremely professional. You can tell she knows how to offer excellent leadership, premier interpersonal skills, while executing managerial duties with speed and effectiveness. Did I say this is my favorite location yet. This is why.

I’m originally from out of town I was looking for a gym that accommodates my workout schedule. Planet fitness has been like a no go for me initially, because I’m an anytime fitness member. But after my experience with the staff and the environment of the gym in McDonough. I will definitely keep my membership, so anytime I come across a planet fitness back home I’m visiting the gym. I want to thank the staff for the experience and the smiles that I shared with them while in town. Every time my job brings me to Georgia, I will definitely be back at the McDonough location!!!!
