They are just plain ,down to earth people with simple lives and kind hearts! They will help u with machines , stop and say hi , and keep the place looking clean .They even have a pail of tootsie rolls at the desk to share and the music goes with the wkout you do. you can dress how you’d like and no one judges you! To top it off , there are full length mirrors in the gym to see your muscles firm up and grow in time.. There are also tanning beds you can pay for to relax .and tons of machines . I can be myself at Planet Fitness!

The facility is always clean. The personnel are friendly and the machines have always worked. I was at another location a year ago and several of the machines were out of order. I have not seen that at all in McHenry.
