The morning staff (5am) is awesome. They keep the place spotless and help out whenever they are needed. They have no control over when cooperate will send out the maintenance people to fix things.

The staff is great. They are friendly & supportive. The only reason I did not give a "10" is due to the equipment issues. When pieces of equipment go down or are in need of repair, it seems to take a VERY long time to get them fixed. The staff states they are working every day with corporate to resolve the issues, & I firmly believe they are. The issue as it appears to me, from going there for the past few years, seems to lie in the support from corporate, not in the support or actions from local staff.
