There a lot of machines. The only thing that I have minor issues with is that not all machines have a second machine. Additionally, I wish that I could dim all of the lights in the hydromassage suites.

It is especially important that I am able to ask for help. The staff are very accommodating with showing me how to use equipment specific to my requests. I do not feel so intimidated as it can be overwhelming when you first visit by how much equipment is available and what it does for you.

I really enjoy the use of the massage chairs and hydro massage tables. I do wish there was some privacy in the room with the massage chairs however. I was using an Arc Trainer when I was coming regularly before. I see that they have been removed from this location. They were really great for the low impact on my lower back. Having to use the Treadmill vs. the Arc machine is very painful for me at times. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I enjoy coming here overall.
