I have been a member for a long time. It was always spotless and clean and fresh flowers were at the front desk and in the bathroom. Now, ever since the renovation was done, it is definitely not as clean, and no more flowers. The women's bathroom is always a mess, and the automatic flush never works

Front desk employees--always very nice, they smile, say hello and goodbye! Machines and bathrooms are very clean and almost all the machines are working compared to my old gym that many of them were broken and stayed broken for days on end. Gym is comfortable for all ages, sizes.
