Love the new upgrades at the gym and its always so clean. Aryanah and Allyn are awesome, always says hello and goodbye. Aryanah even remembers the littlest things to make you feel like you are seen at the gym. I will pick the Selden location time and time again simply because the employees are worth it

The gym has a lot of equipment so there aren’t lines waiting for equipment. The place is immaculate! I cannot get over how clean it is! The front desk staff is very friendly. It is a very comfortable place to go and I enjoy being there.

I was greeted warmly by your staff when I first signed up, and every time I’ve come since then. I was given a tour and helped to sign up. I was impressed by how clean and organized your gym is. I love that the machines are new and people are encouraged to clean their machines before and after use. I really enjoy coming here and look forward to my workouts to help me get healthy.
