Everything is great. Almost all of the equipment is in good shape. There is a wide variety to choose from. Even though it gets busy at times, it is always possible to find something. I would have appreciated some introduction and instruction at first but there was never a trainer there. Other than that I am perfectly happy. Everyone is friendly and the place is kept clean.

The Staff is the best in the business. I use to go to LA Fitness in Patchogue but the place is filthy. This gym is always clean, especially the bathrooms.

There’s a lot of equipment to use and a really large space that’s it’s in since the renovation so that it doesn’t feel so crowded. The toilets in the women’s bathroom need to be repaired so that they flush properly.

I am there every morning at 5am. Noah greets everyone with a smile and is motivational to say the least. He keeps the entire gym clean and makes it a welcoming place.
