The facility has a lot of room to work out in. Do not feel like I'm being rushed or watched. Also, there is plenty of space in between all the equipment. The hydrobed is great. Thank you for keeping the 30 minute circuit room!!!!

I enjoy my workouts at PF. I am able to do all the things I used to do. Spinal Stenosis limits what the doctors allow me do. No spinal compression exercises. I enjoy getting in twice a week if my aches permit. The staff is always friendly and the facilities are clean.
