I had never used a gym before my experiance at the Merrimack Planet Fitness through my senior Silver Sneakers benefit, it has been wonderful.Facility very clean and see employees wiping down equipment while i was there to keep area sanitized, All the employees at desk very friendly and helpful.I requested trainer as it was my first time with equipment and felt it was the safest way to go.My Silver Sneakers covered it. My trainer was a very nice young man by the name of Sean. he worked up a plan with my conditions and what i was looking for to strengthen my arms and legs and hoping to alleviate some pain. A few weeks in and i have noticed a difference, he explains machine, goes at my speed and doesn't push. We even pretend to be racing (on bike and treadmill) at my slow speed. lots of fun. sleeping better and there was no feeling of judgement on workout and i just wear my old tee shirt and sweats or what i call peddal pushers.they give encourgement and feeling of accompishment. LOCKERS AVAILABLE , SHOWERS, AND FACILTYS. PF open for long hours that fit almost anyones time allowance. A member at one i believe allows you to use any location if away from yours, but check with your group. they have added bennifits you can add to you plan called Black Card Benefit . they have tanning or red booths, massage chairs, that look wonderful but i havent signed up for that yet, just druel over it.Would highly recoomend this Gym and this particular location ,though i'd guess they are all as well staffed, one thing i do caution id be sure to ask before signing up is if they have trainors at that location because they don't all have them on staff. Ask for a tour before joining to make your own judement. Del

Everything is clean . There is someone there at counter if any questions . Wasnt very busy when i went in .Has many different machines and tanning and the hydromassage which i loved .

I do not like the new matrix machines, especially treadmills. I have stopped running on treadmils at planet fitness. At least some machines should had been kept original brand.

Hydro message kicks butt and you always have sports on the TVs. If I want to be inspired, I'd like seeing sports instead of news talking head shows like what happens at other Planet Fitness locations
