I appreciate the aerobic refresh of the club and the extra space for future strength equipment. The club would benefit greatly from another cable station,, more benches and alot more handles, ropes and bars for the cables. Please don't consider removing the the Hammer machines. Those machines are not in the surrounding clubs, Amherst and Bedford, and I appreciate them. However, I like the number and mix of Matrix leg machines in Bedford better.

The members were super welcoming. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful . Nowdays we are living a hostile daily basis with what going on in the world. As a gay male hispanic we are looking forward to in a safe space. Merrimack and Nashua by the mall bring that so far.

New equipment is nice The massage chairs have been not working off and on though… Staff is overall great, there is a guy who works in the morning who kinda disappears for 30-45 minutes at a time… Overall great though

I’ve been a member since you opened. Atmosphere is great and staff is amazing. They always have a great attitude and smile. The new equipment is great. Give a big thumbs 👍🏼 up to Matt. He is one of not the best manager I’ve seen here since you opened Merrimack.
