It’s like macdonalds! The same thing every time. Cheesy as all get out!! Lots of machines.., generally less than 15% out of service on any given day. The men’s bathroom is disgusting and you should do a better job of housekeeping. Other than that.., it works for me for the price.

I love the gym. I have one suggestion. The gym is often crowded and certain pieces of equipment are more popular than others. I do my best to spend about 3-4 minutes on any one piece of equipment... 3 sets of 8-12 reps with a 30 second break in between sets. There are individuals that use the gym who bring gym bags and water bottles to place next to equipment so that it will remain unused while they work on three pieces of equipment at the same time. Gym bags are supposed to be against the rules. NO ONE enforces these rules. Would it be possible to have someone periodically check on the equipment to ensure it is being used fairly? I also believe it should be against the rules to text while sitting on equipment but not using it. Phone use should not be allowed while you are using equipment. It isn't fair to those of us who go to workout on the equipment, not to sit and text on the equipment. If the rules can't be enforced, then add more of the popular equipment. Thank you.

I love the fact that everyone who works there is very friendly. They also have a lot of patience with everyone who need help. I’m a new and senior client who has never been to a fitness center so I don’t know much about the equipment so the staff took time out to explain to me how they work which I was very thankful that they did.

The wonderful people who work at the club! They are always working hard to keep everything clean, repaired and running smooth!! When I couldn't get my new phone to accept the app, they made sure to check me in right away! No worries 😁! Their Red Light Therapy is the best!! Thanks guys!!!!! Awesome place!!

The only concern I have is one that cannot be modified--that is, customers sitting on machines, usually the leg extension machines, for long periods of time--not exercising, but, scanning their phone or in long conversations with their buddies. There should be a limit of how long one can monopolize a machine in cases like these, especially, if there are others waiting to use them. However, I think that any regulation to counter this problem would be difficult to enforce. Otherwise, I am very happy to use your facility and look forward to working out at the Labarre location.
