The biggest thing about the Middleboro club is that you are greeted by the workers at the front desk. You are greeted with a smile and a pleasant welcoming. This simple gesture on the part of the front desk staff really makes you feel welcome. Upon leaving you are wished a good day. I have been a member in the past of PF at a different home club in a nearby town, I have also visited the other club as a guest and as a member, and you do not get a warm welcoming reception when entering, or leaving. The Middleboro club definitely excels in this area. I also like that the machines are in good condition and the locker room is always clean.

I have the blackcardI like being able to bring somebody with me on occasion however I’ve been trying to get a couple of family members to join on their own since their insurance covers it but one of the things is they don’t allow your guest to use the massage chair or the tanning booth. I’m not saying every single time but I think when a person comes there for the first time they should be able to experience all of what Planet Fitness has to offer. I understand that if there was a wait for current members that would be different but when they’re not being used, your instructed that they cannot do a massage chair or try the tanning booth that kind of turned them off because they don’t wanna invest the money unless they know they would use the services that’s really my only complaint

Comfortable place to work out. Staff is very pleasant always say hello and goodbye. Only problem I have is when someone is playing on their phone and taking time on the equipment. But I guess that is everywhere today. Great place to workout!!
