The cleanliness of the facility, the well maintained equipment and locker rooms and the variety of workout machines and other fitness equipment as well.as the ability to do classes on-line. The Manager of my local facility is very friendly and welcoming when you enter the door. She knows me by name and will always ask how my work out was as I am leaving.

Love tye fact they actually fix their equipment. Staff is really nice except one skinny Mexican guy. He is rude and shows he doesn't like certain races! The manager is very informative and helpful. The female personal trainers. Are very knowledgeable indeed!
