The facility is always so clean, the staff is always working super hard to please us members. All the staff is amazing and kind but one always stands out to me her names is Nikki, she is always so vibrant and full life when greeting us members.

Tristan has been working the early mornings lately and is WONDERFUL!! He is always friendly, attentive to everyone, and the needs of the gym at the same time. Coming in before 4 am, it is so nice to see a happy face. When coming to use the Black Card amenities after my workout, I don't have to wait for anyone to come to the desk or search for them. He used to work overnight cleaning and did a PHENOMINAL job then too....the gym has not been nearly as clean as it was when he was working overnight. Even then, he was always super pleasant. It is clear that he enjoys his job and is a breath of fresh air when others tend to grumble/groan or can't be bothered to look up from their phones to greet patrons.

The gym is clean and inviting. Their are plenty of options as to the level that you want to work out. You are greeted when you walk in the door. The bathrooms are always clean (I always have to pee when I get there). I have asked many questions and have not once gotten a negative response. I have enjoyed my gym experience so far.

I lost 20 pounds everything is nice and clean. I love the massage table and massage chair that is my favorite thing about planet fitness all of the employees are just as nice as they can be a very thankful to the employees. I can’t wait to come back to planet fitness when my arm gets well
