I like the amount of machines that the facility has. Rarely do I have to wait to use a certain machine. I also like the different playlist that you have when it comes to music. The Millington location staff are awesome!

The staff there is great and very friendly. The place is clean and well kept. All the machine seem too be up to date and working really well. I have just returned after a long absence and was great with a smile and told glad you have your back. That really made me feel good.

Always clean, nice, friendly staff. Especially like that it always well lit. I have been in the Cordova PF & one off Perkins in Memphis & they were dark and didn’t feel friendly or inviting. Love the massage chairs & hydro beds after a work out, great way to relax & recover.
