You have a very nice, spotless, neatly organized gym.
My concern is the fee you charge for additional guests. I visited your gym as a black card member and brought two guests. I knew the first guest was in for free, but the second person was charged $20. While visiting other Planet Fitness gyms, they usually charge me $ 5 to $ 10 for the additional guest.
I drove 20 minutes from our seasonal campsite to go to the closest Planet Fitness. There is a gym 5 minutes from my camper that is not Planet Fitness, and I am considering checking out that gym as a more affordable and convenient option.

I like the equipment and the atmosphere the most. I used to boost about the cleanliness of the Millsboro, DE location however lately I've noticed that the newer staff isn't taking care of the ground like older staff were. The floor around the machines will be filthy (wads of hair, pieces of paper towels, and other debris) laying about the floors and in the corners. It was so gross a couple days ago that I didn't even want to lay my mat down on the floor. There were 2 staff upfront too and they were just chilling behind the desk. Anyways, some staff work ethic needs to pick up. I've left 5 star reviews a few times and raved about the cleanliness. I hope things change soon!

I LOVE Millsboro Planet Fitness. I travel for work, so I do go to other Planet Fitness' and I sometimes will change my workout days to make sure I can come back and work out at Millsboro.
Quite frankly, the crowd is never too much. The people are amazing, including the workers and fellow gym-goers. People are always offering advice, smiles, and compliments. The gym community here is excellent.
Even though PF has upgraded equipment everywhere, which is highly appreciated, I would love to see hip thrust machines and the ground-based squat lunge machine at Millsboro eventually :)
