I love the locations of this facility. Pricing is within my budget. No one judges you. Open many hours or 24 hours. A lot of treadmills and other great equipment. Bright fun colors, not dull at all. Hydro bed is awesome! Can request music on the app and listen to your favorite songs. Provide a variety of machines, therfore everyone can enjoy a workout station that suits them.

Dottie was great with me finding an exercise plan that I feel comfortable with. Dottie explained and demonstrated the machines i would be using before having me get on them and use them. She answered all of my questions thoughfully and thoroughly. The facility was clean.

Staff is very friendly, helpful. And the facility is very clean and well kept. Only complaint is the massage chair #13 is always broken and the headache of going back and forth to get it restarted makes it more of a pain then it's worth.
