Very big facility with a wide variety of equipment. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Even when there are a lot of people there, the facility is big enough to make it feel like you have more than enough room to do your exercises without bumping into anyone

The gym is very clean and tidy. The desk staff are so friendly and helpful Always greeted with a smile upon entering and leaving the facility. Great variety of machines and equipment to allow a full body workout. Living downtown, I love the location, as I can easily walk to this gym
