In a previous feedback survey, I expressed a concern that the music volume was too loud. Since then, Oscar, the manager of Milwaukee Downtown Planet Fitness has called me 3 times to let me know the action he took to address the loud volume issue. When I worked out this past Sunday, May 11th, I noticed that the music volume was a little lower and more balanced around the gym, instead of being uncomfortably loud in certain areas. I appreciate that the manager, Oscar, listened to my concern and followed up in a diligent manner to address the loud volume issue. It's more comfortable to work out now.

Very friendly 😊 staff! I was happy the worker at the front desk was nice and told me about the $5.00 guest fee if you have a planet Fitness membership. I am a school bus driver. I had a charter in Milwaukee. My home gym is planet fitness 💪 in Beloit WI. It was nice to be able to stay focused on my workout goals. While I was on the road working. 🏋️
