Gym has ample parking facilities, enough free weights and machines. Attendants keep the facility clean and sanitized. And staff is very friendly. The best is that the memberships are very affordable.

Please disregard any previous survey from me- I’m not clear how I sent a negative review before because I do love coming to the East Capitol gym! It’s by far the most diverse gym population in every way and the vibe is very friendly instead of competitive. The front desk staff always have a smile and kind word to share no matter what time of the day or night I’m there. This matters. EVERYONE really is welcomed and acknowledged and that sets a positive tone for the environment as a whole., I’m grateful I live close by so I can get there regularly- thank you to the great staff at this location!
