The air conditioning system seems to be malfunctioning. During the height of summer makes for uncomfortable workouts. Members pay for a professional facility. I've said it before and I'll say it again if this were to happen in a more affluent part of town the problem would be addressed and solved.

I like the sense of community and seeing others that look like me. The gym is always extremely clean. I was hesitant to return after I experienced someone refusing to leave the shower area who apparently was not a member and police were called and I wasn't able to get my belongings from the locker room causing me to be late for work but I decided to come again since it's closer to my home and the experience was better. I like the location of the gym. The stretching machines in the back do need repair. When stepping onto them you can feel sort of like holes or lumps in the floor which takes away from the relaxing feeling of stretching. Other than that I do like this location.

Excellent service. Polite staff and clean facilities. Restrooms are well maintained and lockers are usually available. There is plenty of space and equipment to get a full workout in without imposing on other people.
