The gym is very valuable to the north side of Milwaukee. I enjoy the culture there and how communal it is. All the staff are very kind and professional. The equipment works well, and I enjoy visiting frequently.

I love the convenience and accessibility. The gym is about 10 minutes from my home. The facility's equipment is well-maintained, and the gym is always clean. It's a very well-maintained and pleasant environment—actually, a place where I feel at peace. The community and atmosphere are very welcoming, supportive, and motivating. I recall a specific time when I was trying really hard to step up my goals and pace. The people who see me there regularly caught me off guard when they said, "You doing good!, I see you!" That was very inspiring.... The positive community makes me look forward to going, as I can interact with and work out alongside the people who attend as well. I also enjoy the opportunities to consult with staff regarding the use of equipment, determining what is best for specific body parts, utilizing proper form, and incorporating stretching techniques and exercises. It's good to know that their staff has a range of different fitness levels as well. I know that everyone can relate to my experience on health, size and weight loss. Since I have been all sizes, it makes me feel that they offer a realistic approach to body image with the staff that has been hired. It shows by the staff that they can address or cater to a variety of fitness levels and interest. I also appreciate the way they address Member concerns. They speak with you regarding your concern, address the isuue and inform your of how it was resolved. And this is done swiftly unlike some other gyms I have patronized. Of course the staff is friendly....I should of said that first. But I was so excited because I've seen this place improve tremindously. As a result, I'm BACK!

The manager personally called me to explain to me why they are not able to have a trainer at the planet fitness! I like how clean it is. The employees are very helpful and customer friendly!
