The team is very kind, always cleaning, always helping members, and that is important. Walking into a gym with smiling, warm and welcoming energy. Honoring the "No Judgment Zone" experience allows me to feel confident with my fitnessjourney. The remodeling and upgrades are superb! I look forward to going to the gym knowing that I am safe, the environment is well kept, staff and members are courteous, and I can zone out.
