Love this gym. Perfect size and amount of machines and space. Equiptment set up in a way that is more comfortable for when you May be more uncomfortable and trying to learn new exercises or restart your fitness journey. Super clean and nice space to work out.

Sam is the best! Whatever you are paying him, he deserves more. I do the 30-minute circuit class with him, and he handles the whole group while giving special one-on-one attention to some very elderly seniors. His professionalism is the best! [NAME REMOVED]

Its an all around great gym; clean, friendly with enough equipment that you dont have to wait and/or hurry off because people are waiting. I really enjoy the classes, because they force me to get out of the house and come to the gym. They are a great quality and I am always pleasantly surprised when I "feel it" the next day!!! The trainers are so nice and they remember any physical limitations you might have and are always quick to point out accomodations for you.

Had a little billing hiccup when I first came back to this location. Since then the manager reached out we got it squared away and everything is great. It's been a few years since this used to be my home location and it's definitely a heck of a lot better than a few years ago. Clean organized and stocked. And staff is always super nice.
