The greeting I received when walking in the door was really nice - not overbearing, but genuine. I appreciated that. I had questions and they were answered with smiles, and again, genuine. The massage and tanning area was actually pretty, and very clean (the frosted entry doors were an elegant spa touch). I was happy to see that. When I left, I was thanked for being there. Short and sweet: your staff and facility were impressive.

There is plenty of equipment so I’ve never had to wait for a treadmill or elliptical. The weight machines normally aren’t too busy either. Staff is friendly and the saves are clean.
