Clean facility, staff is friendly, and the machines I want are usually available or a short wait. Overall, very good and I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years on my fitness journey. However, it would be great if the temps could be a bit cooler than what is normally inside as it often feels too warm and I have to ask staff to possibly turn up the overhead fans too cool things down.

Wide variety of machines, cool temperatures with fans. Things to improve on: cleanliness and smell. Lately, I’ve noticed the machines are dirtier than normal. Especially the rowing machines and the stretching chair in the small room (I always get my pants dirty on that one). I’ve also noticed a funky odor in the gym lately that started around mid July. Its gotten somewhat better but is still noticeable.

the staff at the PF location on Hwy 101 and Hwy 7 is exceptional. They ALWAYS greet us when we arrive and say goodbye when we leave. I am overweight and I never feel judged or out of place. The place is immaculately clean & staff is always available for questions. PF has everything I need and love this location!

I'd really like a 2nd (or 3rd!) fly machine (pec deck or chest fly) added to the Minnetonka Planet Fitness. It'd also be very helpful to have a 2nd back machine - the Roman Chair Back machine. Those both can be in constant use and more of them would be good. I feel like that one room (to the left of the free weights) is rarely used, and adding additional machines of the popular ones would be very helpful. I'm glad you got more stair machines, as they are often in need of repair.
