I love that it's a very quiet atmosphere and everyone minds there on business and stays on their lane and Noone stares at you an that at first was one of my things I was worried about(feeling embarrassed) but now that's not even a factor I feel super comfortable!I love that there's so much equipment &options to choose from& lots of extras as in massage & tanning . Also feels very great temperature wise always very cool.Also I love that there's showers as well (even though haven't used yet)but out school/work for summer but about start back in 2 days so surely that will be a definite great option/facility for me to have access to.Only thing I would have to say that would be sort of negative would be that when I first started I wished I had help/trainer cause when I'd ask about machine etc.I would be told use your phone every machine has a scan for u to use to detail it (even though I got black card beings it was supposed to be an option with that plan but I kinda picked it up on my own but still don't know about all equipment and would've been nice to have a trainer in beginning to help an guide me on what machines to use and exercise plan fits for me on my goal

Stephen and all of the people who work there are helpful and friendly to everyone who uses the gym. They do a great job of keeping the facility and bathroom/locker area very clean. The equipment is well maintained.

I can have privacy if I like or I can socialize if I want to. Eqpt is clean and there is plenty of it. Staff speak to you when you enter and when you leave. The place is clean.
