It’s easy to check in. We stopped by in our church clothes. My husband went four times last week, to help with pain still present from his knee replacement several years ago. I used the hydro massage.

I love that their hours allow me to work out when it works best for me and my schedule. Its always clean when I go, the staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. There's so many different machines and equipment that even when it's at its busiest, I don't have to wait around until a machine becomes available.

I love the friendly staff and the clean workout environment. The employees at this location make a huge difference comparatively to other places and locations. I have been to many other locations and this one is my favorite by far. They are always smiling and take the time to try to get to know their members. They put me in a good mood and that leads to an overall better workout. People try to get me to try other gyms and none hold a candle to this specific location. They keep this location extremely tidy. The overall layout is one that i really enjoy too. I have been going to this gym for a long time and hopefully will continue to do so for a long time to come.
