Amy and her entire crew are always ready to greet you and take care of any need you might have. The place is always clean including the bathrooms. It is always a good experience every time I visit. They know your name and are glad to see you.

It is close to my home. The staff is always kind and helpful. The facility is clean and up keep is constant. I feel very comfortable working out there. The dressing rooms are clean and well kept up. The parking is good. I never have to look for a spot. I have been going to this gym since 2013, I really could not picked a better place to work out. Also they have a lot of locations so when I am traveling I can always find one to work out. I highly recommend this gym. I have encouraged many of my friends to join. Most have joined and also love this gym.

The wife and I enjoy going early morning when it's not too crowded and it is extremely popular however we enjoy the atmosphere and all the workout equipment is well maintained and clean.
