Staff are pleasant & welcoming. Equipment is clean & plentiful (except for the handful of treadmills currently out of service). Like the hours of operation which allow me to choose the workout time that fits my life schedule.

The extras, massage beds and light rooms. The messages in the building that reflect, belonging, respect, self-respect, health, courage and determination.
