I appreciate that it's a a gym where many different people attend and the amount of ''gym bros'' is limited. It feels like a safe and welcoming space. It's also very clean and the staff is friendly. I'm a huge fan, and I credit part of my developing a steady habit of training to the fact that I could finally find an affordable and pleasant gym to work out of.

As a regular user of the Moncton location, thanks, Manpreet, for following up regarding my recent feedback. During our call, she acknowledged my concern of gym getting overcrowded and how some space can be better utilized. She was proactive in sharing that the club management is aware of the concern and is actively working to come up with a plan. There are some cardio machines that are hardly being used irrespective of what time of the day I visit. This cardio space can be trimmed down to better utilize the current floor area. I hope to see this or another solution implemented soon.
