I love the staff at the Monroe, Louisiana gym. They’re friendly and amazing! I’ve gotten to know them beyond just a simple hello and goodbye. I really appreciate that they use the gym during their off time and aren’t just employees—they also offer great exercise tips. I love that I don’t have to miss a class or worry about running late; I can set my own schedule. I also use the app for workouts and planning my sessions. Sabrina

The staff is very polite and professional. I am always greeted with a welcoming smile whether i visit it the early morning crowd or the after 3pm crowd. Planet Fitness is great. They have the machine(s) I need, and it is never too crowded, even when I change up my routine and go at different times. My only critique is that the machines should be dusted.
