Most of the staff are amazing! Very nice and helpful. I travel a lot and have visited a bunch of different PF clubs. I have noticed that some are nicer than others. With this being my home club, I wish we had newer machines and more massage chairs. Also the water fountain has been broken for a while. Thats pretty inconvenient.

Cleanliness, variety and availability of equipment. The folks at the front desk are friendly. The bathrooms are really clean and I really like the hydro-massage chair!
