Katie and the staff are great. They always greet you upon entering and leaving. They are responsive whenever you have a concern. Wish they could replace the ancient cable towers in the Monroe gym and bring more Matrix benches into the facility. The Precor benches have a large gap which is very uncomfortable for your lower back. I was a member in Belmont and Shallotte NC and I much prefer Matrix over Precor equipment.
