The music is not blaring in your ears, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of machines and exercise options. Plus, the gym has a great “feel” to it. I have just joined and am glad I did!

They were extremely helpful changing my membership from another location to the Monroe location. I was having technical problems making it happen on the app and they were kind and took care of everything including calling my old PF while I got a tour of the black card facilities.

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful when I go in at 4am. The equipment is always clean and working. I would like to question about a weighing scale in the locker rooms. And knowing they just redid the tanning and massage area. Maybe some hooks in rooms. To hang your bag or clothes.

It feels like this place really is a judgement free zone. I can get my workout done without being bothered and can get done pretty quickly, which for me is great. The equipment is in great shape too, the place seems very clean.
