The equipment is clean and new. The staff is friendly and kind. The Spa area is awesome! Love that I can bring a guest every time .... not that I do, but it's nice to have that option. Working out with a friend or family is the best! One suggestion: If there was a way to book multiple activities in the spa area without having to come to the front desk every time, it would phenomenal. It would be great if the sign up is right in the spa area. Besides that: KEEP UP THE GRTEAT WORK!

Clean and lots of machines . I wish the black card was not so expensive. I would love to see a hot sauna . But the people who work there are polite and helpful. I didn’t like the almost two weeks of not being able to use the black card facility because of remodeling. But we got charged for it . But all in all I love the gym 💛

Liz, Lexi and the Team just completed a million-dollar upgrade to the Black Card Area. The new SOS (Shiatzu-on-Steroids) massage chairs are like nothing you have ever felt. All new beds, all new hydro-massagers, and the whole area was redesigned with a textured white wallpaper that increases the lighting five-fold. A beautiful and well thought upgrade. Soon this Summer the rest of the Club gets a facelift. In an arena of economic uncertainty, what remains certain is Planet Fitness' commitment to its members. A beautiful upgrade, all-new equipment, and colors that are eye-appealing to say the least. I have been a Club Member for 10 years, and I have never been this excited. Thank you for making the Black Card Experience worth the cost. I cannot wait to see the club floor after the summer facelift!
