Most of the morning front desk staff are nice and hospitable, especially Terra; equipment is great and well-maintained; facility is spacious and clean; cost is unbeatable.

PF is open on Sunday mornings. BTW- I sent a suggestion to the GM of Montgomery 'Prattville and never received a response to my suggestion: My suggestion was that the first member to sign up at a new PF location and is still a loyal member should receive a free black card for 6 months. The gym is very clean and the workers are always polite. I have a complaint about people getting on the equipment and just sitting on it for a long time on their phones which keeps the rest of us from being able to use the equipment. They aren’t exercising and getting off. They do a few then sit on their phones forever. Please check into this. It’s aggravating to us who want to use the equipment. I have reported it and they do ask them to get off if they are not using it but as soon as no one is looking, they keep doing it. Thank you because I really enjoy planet fitness!

Very clean, lots of room so everything is spread out and not on top of each other. Large variety of weight machines, treadmills, etc. to accommodate many, many people if necessary.

I enjoy coming to Planet Fitness. The variety of fitness machines is amazing. The size of the facility is very impressive, because regardless of how many people are in there, space has never been a problem! I would highly recommend Planet Fitness!😏
