Not busy and members are nice. They need more smith machines or more free barbells as most of the members are younger the strength equipment is normally has a wait.
I liked that it was easy and I didn't feel judged. I liked the discount and I could go to any location. I liked that they were open hours I could get to it after work.
One thing I would suggest is making it easier to cancel subscription. A online option to cancel. That's the main reason I don't want to sign back up. I moved out of state and had to mail a letter. Which normally isn't a big deal. But I didn't have a car and the post office was not in walking distance. A cancel online option should be a thing.
My PF experience is a simple one. I like to get in and out in 30 minutes. I need a clean place where to do my workout. On occasion I need help to discover a machine that will meet a different need. The staff is always helpful and courteous.
They really pay a lot of attention to maintenance of the equipment. I have seen staff, drop what they were doing and immediately investigate any concerns with equipment and place a out of order sign if they confirm a possible safety concern and will put in maintenance ticket to get a repair done
