It's usually not super busy at the times I go there, so I don't have to wait for equipment. They have most of the equipment that I like to use and for the things they don't have, I can improvise with free weights for most of it. It's also fairly close to where I work and live and it's easy to get in and out of their parking lot. I also take advantage of the tanning, red light therapy and massage beds.
