Planet Fitness is a great place to exercise. There some problems that need addressed. Keeping employees on staff is difficult but something is wrong with ownership if employees keep leaving. Morgantown WV PF is often understaffed. Sometimes you could be over taken by dust bunnies. The patrons that use facility are a lot of WVU college students, that is good however, please stop texting while sitting on machines. I sometimes can use two other exercise machines while the machine I need has someone sitting there still texting. Please have consideration.

I really like Planet Fitness. And, I've recommended to others. Nice facilities with good equipment. Very professional staff too. The only downside is its usually somewhat crowded particularly in the weight area, but it's manageable. Thanks.

Equipment always works. Always very clean. Welcoming environment—although some of the younger women could really use to wear looser shorts I really don’t want to see the outline of your labia omg I see enough of that at work as a family physician. Also I get annoyed having my zone interrupted by blatantly political shirts. Staff very friendly and helpful. On the morning of 3/29/25 I accidentally threw my AirPods case in the trash can—silly story involving a tired mom brain—and the employee working the desk that day *fished it out of the trash can for me.* love it here.
