Every time I go in here it is exactly as the motto says: a no judgement zone. I feel comfortable working out and never bothered by anyone. Wait time in the machines is usually very short or there is none at all. Facilities are always clean and the staff very friendly. While I have a black card membership and can go to a location closer to me I prefer this I e as it is always a great experience.

I have been actively going to gym for the last 2 weeks, going on 3rd week. I go 4 times a week and have enjoyed the experience. My only issue would be almost all people sit at the machines on their phones while others are waiting. Crowd meter should be updates properly so it is better to determine how busy the gym will be. A big issue has been the massage chair has not been working for almost the 3 weeks I have been going. Equipment should always be functioning and ready to be used.

Locker rooms are very clean. Equipment is always working. Rarely down. The staff is friendly and engaging. The cost is so very affordable. I am getting the same results that I would get at a fancy, expensive club.
Please get a handle on members who "park" on machines, using their cell phones. Also, there are several members who bring bags into the gym which is against policy.
Other than those 2 issues, I love my time there.
