I love that it is basically a one-stop shop for my family gym/spa needs. We all have our gym routines. We'll tan. We'll hit the hydrotherapy chairs. I tell people all the time to join. It's worth the price of admission.

I like the Staff, Matt the Manager has always been helpful and answered any questions I Had on the equipment. The facility is always kept clean which creates a great atmosphere for working out.

The manager Matt is go out of his way for you all the employees Ian I don’t know all their names but they all say hi to you by your name. Goodbye to you place is always clean. Bathrooms are clean. It’s really a one of the nicest gyms I’ve been to and I’ve been going to Jim for 30 years

Truly a judgement free zone with people of all ages, races and backgrounds just there to work out. The best testament is that my two teen daughters feel comfortable going and that is the toughest age for anyone who feels self conscious.
