Planet Fitness Mount Laurel is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They make it a point to say hello and acknowledge their members. It's a good gym with lots of up-to-date equipment. Members are respectful to each other. Yes, I would certainly recommend this location to friends and family. Manager Matt ensures a pleasant experience for members and guests and immediately takes care of whatever concerns there may be.

The facility is clean, staff take great care of it. I was a bit nervous as a new gym member with regard to the climate, but it's great. Member-wise, everyone seems to be on the same page. No judgment, and just a widespread appreciation that we are all there working towards a goal, which is motivating in and of itself (moreso than working out alone in my basement). The vast majority of members adhere to rules (wiping down machines after use, not talking on cell phone, etc). Only started going to the gym a couple weeks ago but by far one of the best decisions I've made in recent times. Glad I went with Plant Fitness, it's working out great for me.

I like the facility and think the recent equipment additions are good! Areas to improve, and I realize this may be difficult for staff, walk the gym and enforce gym etiquette. I regularly see people sitting on equipment for extended periods of time while texting. Also saw member in work boots put water bottle on one piece of equipment for close to 15 minutes while using another. Lastly, I saw a member barefoot on the elliptical and after informing staff, no action taken

Full range of top of the line equipment (which is frequently updated), both for the casual exerciser and for serious strength goals and for body builders. Great spa facility included with your black card membership, including massage chairs, hydromassage beds, full body red light treatment with a vibration platform, and tanning rooms. Friendly, supportive staff. Reasonably priced! Black card members can bring a guest. Black card members can go to any Planet Fitness anywhere in the world.
