The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There have been some issues with minor maintenance issues that have not been resolved in a timely manner. An example would be the rowing machine foot strap / velcro was frayed for weeks making it near impossible to lace through. There are also a few machines that feel like the belt for tension lags or has a spot that doesn't allow for smooth functioning. Not complaining just feel the machines need checked more frequently for minor inconveniences.
