There is not alot of wait time for equipment, the staff very friendly and professional. My only complaint would be I was given an upgrade to blackcard, and then it was taken away. Because there was a lot of there blackhot equipment. I need it for my body.

The only negative is caused by members who believe the equipment is a location for spending excessive time on their mobile phones, denying other members the use of the equipment. This is especially prevalent in the 30-minute circuit area.

The gym is clean, the staff is pleasant and there is a wide variety of equipment available. They do need to invest in more rope pulls at the Mount Pleasant store, however. One of them is really worn and the newer of the two is always in use.
