The Mount Pleasant facility is clean and maintained pretty well. Overall I'm pleased with the staff and especially the manager. However, two small gripes. (1) people zoning out on their phones tying up equipment. (2) less than half of the TV's on the cardio equipment work. But the folks on phones, especially the teens, forget where they are when they scroll phone.

Mount Pleasant location is by far the cleanest facility of all of Charleston. I have visited Folly , west Ashely and goose creek locations and none of those compare. Always helpful and friendly staff and equipment always working or quickly fixed. Would drive the extra distance to go to this location.

The place is always clean and the staff are always working to keep it that way. Truly appreciated. I would change, however, the bathroom sinks to troughs therefore the countertop of them wouldn’t be covered in water. Also during the summer when enrolling the high school students I would put them through a short gym etiquette class. They need it.
