The staff is always very friendly. The only thing i don't like is people setting on their phones while on the equipment, sometimes holding the equipment up for 15 to 20 mins at a time. We have left and not got to use the machine because it was taking to long

I feel like the price is very good for the value, considering that tanning and the massage chairs are included in your price which is just over $20 bucks a month. My favorite parts are the treadmills, tanning, filtered water and the hydromassage. Those are pretty much the only things I use when I come in, but they are well used and well worth it to me.
