When I can get to the circuit uninterrupted I lose pounds and inches. When I can follow it with time in the lounge on the hydromassage it is relaxing and enjoyable. It is nice to have classic books or beach scenes to peruse while on the massage. Grayson is always pleasant and greets me. He also consistently makes sure that there are enough paper towels and disinfectant. When my name is shared publicly, I use Marie17. I do not want my actual name shared. Those who have seen my Marie17 recs seem to trust them.

It's a Great location. It's clean. Most of the employees are very nice. My complaint is the broken tanning bed in #11, 8 months later and you can't replace it. The fans don't work, stays hot constantly. Should have just moved the older equipment across the hall because it was better.

Having been a member at 6 different gyms over the past 50 years, I can say that the Murrells Inlet Planet Fitness is the cleanest, best maintained, largest and friendliest gym I’ve belonged to. The equipment is in excellent condition and clearly well maintained. I have only observed one piece of equipment out of service, and it was for less than 24 hours. The locker rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent, specifically Meagan and Elaine. They are both, thoughtful, friendly and supportive people. They set a nice example for the younger staff, who are all very nice and professional people. I love this gym and am happy to be a member. The price point is the best deal around. It’s an excellent bargain, especially considering the volume of equipment available. One area of concern is that people seem to be utilizing the lockers as their personal storage areas even when not at the facility. The number of locked lockers often exceeds the number of people in the building. It’s not always easy to find an available locker. Perhaps signage could help alleviate this situation. All things considered, I am very satisfied with my Planet Fitness membership and experience.

The gym is clean, active, and safe. Most of the staff is friendly, respectful, and helpful. I try to avoid the one who is not. I wish there was an on staff trainer though. I like a personal trainer.

A Few months ago, I would have given terrible feedback about my Murrells Inlet planet fitness experience. Soon after they moved to the new location, there was a large number of tread mills out of order along with many bikes, elliptic machines and wight equipment as well. To top it off, all the Televisions were out of order for at least 3 weeks. Nothing was being done, despite repeated complaints to the then manager on duty. That is no longer the case. The new manager (I believe her name is Megan) really does a good job in maintaining all the equipment in good working order. Since she took over, we rarely see a machine down for more than a couple of days. Furthermore, she is the only planet fitness manager I have ever seen that actually CLEANS THE EQUIPMENT HERSELF! This is something rare to find and she should be rewarded by Planet Fitness Corporate for doing such a great job. Beyond that, the new staff is pleasant and polite and always available to assist with any customer's needs.

I love Planet Fitness. There are plenty of machines and adequate spacing. Lockers are available both in the locker rooms and in the public space. Staff is friendly and the facility is clean.
