I like the convenience of the location, the available hours, the variety of machines, and the lack of crowds. The gym/locker room is clean and seems well-maintained. I can easily get in a full workout with almost no waiting on any machines. The best part is the affordable price so I never have to feel like I'm not getting my money's worth out of my workout schedule.

I love that they have several of the equipment so that you don’t have to wait in a long line to use it. The staff is very friendly. facilities is very clean. There are a few things that I would like to see such as a place on the app to keep up with the types of exercises you do and how many reps along with the water fountain was broke so that needs to be fixed
