Been a Black Card member, 29577 for many years. Excellant staff. All team members have great interpersonal effectiveness skills. Possibly Management could speed up repair time for out of order stations.

Loved your gym. However, some of the equipment needs updating. The black pads on many are well worn, like the stomach rotation one. Other than that, a very lovely experience.

nice sized facility with many options to chose from. I like that I don't have to wait to use a specific machine or exercise equipment. Locker rooms are nice sized and clean.
