Jordan listens & cares about member negative experiences caused by other members not following club rules. The guy & staff under his direction have changed my opinion 180-degrees… from about to cancel my membership to not thinking about doing so. The club is always well kept being another good thing going for it

Planet Fitness is helping me meet my physical goals, I love that it's 24 hours, the staff is really friendly very helpful, I'm a black card member it's awesome that I get to take guests with me, I really like the 30 minute workout room where I could just hit that cycle and I feel like I've accomplished something for the day, I'm definitely feel that my whole body is getting stronger and it pushes me to work out areas that I normally wouldn't

Our club was renovating and this was a club we could go to. It is further to drive and a bit smaller. The staff paid more attention to running the club than they do at the Decatur/Rome. Checking information and keeping the machines clean. Nice atmosphere!
