The staff are well trained and friendly, and the manager, Valentine, is knowledgeable and experienced! The facility is always kept clean. It can get busy at peak times, just like any other gym, but fellow fitness enthusiast are accommodating and friendly! For just a few dollars more per month, I can get black card access to wonderful amenities, such as hydromassage, tanning, and infrared beds! Love this place!

This place is great! I really enjoy being able to do what I need to do without feeling awkward. The staff are amazing and very helpful 😁 It's very clean and well taken care of. If you're looking for a gym that also has other amenities like, tanning, hydro massage chair and massage chair then this is your place! Great price for everything included, I mean just to go tanning alone it's way more than what you pay for here. Very highly recommend!
