Planet Fitness has a great variety of equipment and machines, and I rarely have to wait for anything. Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and welcoming—Steph in particular is amazing and always greets me with a smile. I also love how close the gym is to my house and that the hours are so flexible—I can go early in the morning or late at night. Highly recommend—10/10!

I happend to go to a different club than my normal one. Is each club independent? The one club had different weight machines than my normal club. I liked one of the machines. Just curious. I know this is not the space for this but I have no idea where a space would be.

The value of the basic membership is hard to beat. I used to workout in my basement but only had a few options for equipment. At PF I have more than I can use in the time I have. The sad thing is many people a slobs, leaving lockers showers dirty. In the past month things have been much better in the men’s locker room, I assume this is from additional checks and cleaning, thank you. I would like to send another thank you to Steph. Besides being the one I see cleaning the most she is a happy face greeting all of us at the check in counter. I know it should matter but seeing someone that is smiling when you walk in helps set the mood. Thank you Steph.

I liked that PF has newer equipment but would Like more various equipment due to constant changes. I did like in the past there were trainers but no longer have them. Unless there is, but we don't see anything advertised. You wanna see I would love to see Pilates equipmentWould love to have Pilates equipment - reformers. Another recommendation would be to have one of the unused rooms and turn that into a classroom of workouts- yoga, Pilates - rent it out to a place or individual that would want to rent that space out. Planet fitness in Naperville off of East Ogden would be able to expand due to some empty spots right next to them.
