Staff is always super nice & helpful and on top of cleaning things...However there is one employee that rises above the rest...Chris is amazing and super nice and very helpful. I have seen him jump in to help other staff members if there is a line or people waiting and he is always on top of saying hello & have a good night when people come and go. I have my own customer service team & can tell you first hand he is a great asset to the Planet Fitness Team.

I appreciate how clean the facility given how sloppy and inconsiderate other guests can be by not picking up after themselves. Compliments to the staff, especially the staff that is there at 4 am.

The facility is in great condition compared to other gyms. All of the equipment is like new and working well. Nothing is ripped or worn down. There is a lot to use, even when the gym is crowded--free weights, cardio machines, weight lifting machines, kettlebells, medicine balls, bosus, exercise balls, mats, bands, and plenty more. (I took off one star in the hopes they'll add some step up boxes!) The locker rooms are clean with working hair dryers. The water fountain is new with filtered water. The staff is always friendly. And there are lots of cleaning supplies all over to keep the equipment germ free. It's a great gym!

Variety of equipment. Hours of operation. I like the adductor/Abductor machines, the mid lb dumbbells, and the hip thrust machine.

Very good value. The space is comfortably large, facility is clean, there are a lot of useful exercise equipment stations and the equipment is in order. the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it's well run very well.
