I originally joined the one on Amherst Street when it was in Nashua/ Merrimack. It moved about 3 months later into Amherst. I don't like the location, I don't like the lighting and there isn't enough equipment in Amherst. Coliseum avenue is in a good spot. I also feel they have better equipment and more of it. I also like the lighting better than the high intensity fluorescent that the new gyms have.... I feel that you have the right amount of blend of cardiovascular and lifting equipment as well. And there are certain machines you have duplicates of which is a great idea!!!!!
The lighting wasn't high intensity, nor was the music blaring. Those first two things made a huge positive impact on me.
Everything was clean, machines well laid out. The staff I interacted with were polite and personable.
I like the overnight employees there, they are always friendly and awake. The club I usually go to, they are sometimes resting. I completely get it, it’s difficult to work overnight, but can be somewhat discouraging as a client. I like the red light therapy there, and just the overall size of the gym. I also like that it is open 24/7, which is why I visit it on the weekends.
I most appreciate the Well maintained facility & equipment….the staff works hard to keep it that way!
One universal frustration is the amount of time (10-15 minutes) some people spend simply sitting on weight training equipment doing nothing but using their phones!! Especially selfish and frustrating when it’s a popular piece of equipment.
For this reason, and the fact that there is only one of these, the facility needs another Preacher Curl machine!
Thanks for listening!

The facility is maintained well by the staff. Also the staff are very customer focused and kind. Proper that customer acknowledge their efforts and greet them also. Thank you for all that you do.
Every PF I have been to always has exercise equipment to suit everybody. PF has a culture of not interfering in anyone exercise routine. PF lives up to it's catch phrase no criticism as everyone is truly at liberty to exercise in the manner he/she chooses I only wish PF management can organize corporate exercise routines so its clients can learn some new/different target exercise routines.
PF is clean, has lots of room for different exercises, and is easy to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The equipment is well maintained. And the staff seems engaged and helpful.
