The people that work at planet fitness are great. Bathrooms can always use a little sprucing up. My pet peeve is people on their phones sitting on a machine for a good amount of time.

I like the 30 min workout section, the clock that give time increments keeps me moving thru a workout that I don't need to think about and I get a full body workout.

The gym is 24/7! I have never had any real issues at Planet Fitness. My keys were stolen once and now I lock my locker. Other than that it seems like the parking lot is being used by some people to sleep in their vehicles.

I like that it is open 24/7. I switched from the Amherst location after maybe 3 times within 5 or 6 six weeks, I drove to the club and nobody was there to open it up. Including two Sundays ago, maybe three. About 10 of us waited until about 6:15 am and then left when nobody arrived. Coliseum seems better, with full time employees and obviously the hours are better. Thank you,

Responsible price, clean equipment and environment. However I do wish there were classes and as a therapist, I don’t understand why they have handicap lockers in the locker room but no handicap accessible entry at the front door.
