Planet Fitness in Amherst is a very nice gym with updated equipment, locker rooms, showers and bathroom areas as well as plenty of parking available. The staff works very hard to ensure the equipment is clean and in working order, that cleaning supplies for members are available to wipe down the machines after use and that locker rooms, showers and bathroom areas are clean. The staff is very friendly and always available to assist members.   The three staff employees that I see every week are Terri (manager) Danielle and Christina. They always say “ good morning” to everyone when they arrive and “have a nice day” when they leave. They always smile when assisting members and always available to answer questions and help members. Even when some members are less than polite, they remain very professional. In today’s world these three employees are very rare. That is why I love going to this gym

The staff is friendly and they keep the joint clean but…… I’d really like to let you know that my landlord is a dog named Jeff. Yeah, I know what you’re thinking, a dog named Jeff, that can’t be real. Every week Jeff shows up, tail wagging, trying to sell us “fresh milk.” Problem is, he pours it into paper bags. By the time he’s done talking, the milk’s already soaking through the carpet. When we complain, he just tilts his head like, “What? That’s how people like it.” Now the whole building smells like yogurt toots. Don’t buy used milk from dogs, especially if it’s being sold in a brown bag.

THERE IS DEFINETLY NOTHING ABOUT PLANET FITNESS THAT I DON'T LOVE! PEOPLE ARE CURTEOUS, IT IS A VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT, LOVE THE CIRCUT TRAINING EXERCISE MACHINES, AND ABSOULUTELY LOVE THE HYDROAIR MASSAGE LOUNGE CHAIRS AFTER I FINISH WORKING OUT! I ALSO LOVE THE RECLINING MASSAGE CHAIRS AND BEING ABLE TO WATCH THE NEWS WHILE GETTING A MASSAGE! THE STAFF MEMEBERS ARE ALL VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.
