I have been going to planet fitness for so many years. It has literally helped keep me active. There are very few places that have a program that includes the "older folks". The Express Circuit is perfect as you can sit and do your workout. I hope Planet Fitness will continue to have these machines when they remodel or at least have machines that I can sit and workout.
