I haven’t been to Planet Fitness Natick in some time and was pleasantly surprised at many new updates. Only downside is recepción/wifi aren’t the best but i think that had more to do with geography

I can do me. I can exercise at my free will. The staff is awesome and beyond. There always there to help. But for the new manager. I don’t know his name, but he can be very rude at times. He’s a tall Afro-american man. He ignores me at times, does not greet me when I sign up to use a machine. Does not greet me when I come in or leave. But, other than that I love my experience’s with my club. The staff I can’t say enough about there always accommodating me to make things smooth for my visit.
