The fact that it has two levels of equipment. I think when people start going to the gym that helps not feel like everyone is watching on "how" you are working out . Upstairs it's quiet and comfortable. At times it also gets busy but I think it just gives a vibe of less exposure while working out. So far the staff has been always great ,good profesional attitude never been rude or negative in any way.

Every single time I check in all staff is very friendly helpful and always ready to help. I have never struggle for a machine. Only thing i do miss is the gym open 24hrs. Before I used to go around midnight when I was not able to sleep, or late work out because I was off work after 10pm and you guys were open. Maybe considering open till midnight that will be awesome and more extended hours on the weekends. I love been part of PF
